Health care, windows and Democrats

Mr Robinson, and many others, are alarmed, and frightened by Mr Vanderboegh's proposal that one could throw bricks through windows to get the attention of even the stupidest, most arrogant Democrat to indicate that we are not pleased. I don 't know Mr Vanderboegh and have no idea if his proposal was serious or not.
